Safety & compliance — mandatory for every provider
- Valid KYC with a government photo ID (Voter ID, Aadhaar, Passport or Driving Licence) before any listing goes live.
- Vehicle papers kept current at all times: Insurance, PUC certificate, Road Tax and Fitness where applicable.
- A valid Driving Licence for the vehicle class being driven, carried on every trip.
- FSSAI registration or licence for anyone cooking or selling food, displayed on their profile.
- Trade, GST or labour compliance where the law requires it for the work being offered.
