Terms & Legal Notice

Desh Ki Mamta · One App for All Indians · Please read before booking or offering services.

Platform disclaimer · technology intermediary

Desh Ki Mamta is a technology intermediary. We only connect customers with independent service providers and vendors. We do not provide the services ourselves and are not responsible for individual service execution, traffic or road incidents, loss, or any third-party action.

Any agreement for work, fare, quality or timing is directly between the customer and the provider. Disputes are supported by our team on a best-effort basis, but liability for the work stays with the provider who performed it.

Safety & compliance — mandatory for every provider

  • Valid KYC with a government photo ID (Voter ID, Aadhaar, Passport or Driving Licence) before any listing goes live.
  • Vehicle papers kept current at all times: Insurance, PUC certificate, Road Tax and Fitness where applicable.
  • A valid Driving Licence for the vehicle class being driven, carried on every trip.
  • FSSAI registration or licence for anyone cooking or selling food, displayed on their profile.
  • Trade, GST or labour compliance where the law requires it for the work being offered.

Missing or expired documents remove a provider from search and stop job alerts until they are updated. Read the full terms

1. What this platform is

Desh Ki Mamta is a technology platform (an intermediary and aggregator) that lists independent service providers, vendors, drivers, bus operators, home makers and labour teams, and lets customers discover and book them.

We are not a transport operator, employer, contractor, caterer or insurer. Providers work on their own account, use their own vehicles, tools and materials, and are solely responsible for the work they accept.

2. Limitation of responsibility

We are not responsible for the execution, quality, delay, completion or outcome of any individual service; for traffic violations, road accidents or any incident during travel; for loss, theft or damage to goods or property; or for any act, omission or conduct of a provider, vendor, operator or customer.

Ratings, badges and verification marks reflect the information available to us and are not a guarantee. Customers should always check the provider, the vehicle and the papers before starting a job.

3. Provider duties — KYC, documents and safety

Every provider and vendor must complete KYC with a valid government photo ID before their profile or listings go live, and must keep vehicle insurance, PUC, road tax, fitness, driving licence and FSSAI registration (for food) valid at all times.

Providers must obey all traffic, labour, safety and food-safety laws, carry original documents during work, refuse unsafe work, and never send a substitute person without informing the customer.

We may suspend or remove any profile with missing, expired or fake documents, or with repeated low ratings or safety complaints.

4. Pricing, tips and taxes

Charges are calculated automatically from the service selected, the customer's area type and the distance involved, with clearly shown extras for urgent and night work. The estimate is displayed before booking.

Tips are optional, decided by the customer, and passed on in full to the worker. Applicable taxes are added and shown as a separate line.

We retain a platform fee from the total and transfer the remaining amount to the provider, vendor or operator.

5. Invoices

As soon as a service, task or lead is marked complete, a digital invoice is generated automatically showing the charges, distance, tip, taxes, platform fee and payout, and appears instantly in both the customer's and the provider's panels.

6. Cancellations and disputes

Either side may cancel before work begins; repeated cancellations can restrict an account. Customers and providers rate each other after each job, and accounts whose rating stays below the acceptable level are temporarily restricted.

Raise a complaint through AI support in the app or write to mamatawebdev@gmail.com. We help resolve issues between the two sides but do not assume liability for the underlying service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Continued use of the app means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
